Design Your Own Quilt
During 2023 we had the Design Your Own Quilt project in place of a block of the month. At the beginning of the year, the guild members were given the patterns for a set of 11 blocks. One of the blocks could be assembled two different ways, make the a set of 12 blocks. Members could choose one block, several blocks or use them all the make a sampler. The goal was for folks to create a quilt that was entirely their own. It was a “mystery” quilt project with none of the unknowns.
