Show and Tell
At today’s meeting, Eileen T. taught us how to make self portraits by fusing fabric to a background. She pre-fused all the fabrics was made the project very doable during a regular meeting. The guild members gave permission to share their self-portraits but asked to remain anonymous. Still, I expect you’ll be able to identify some of these fabric artists! Thanks Eileen for hosting another fun project!

We had two great, but small, Show and Tells this month, so here they are, combined!
We had a good turn out on a snowy/rainy January morning. Here are the show and tell quilts, a mix of Design Your Own Quilts, Merry Mayhem New Year’s Day Mystery Quilts and several others gems.

We had our last meeting of this fiscal year on June 14th, which included a great in-house boutique sale and this small show and tell. It was a rainy night so some of the bigger quilts are folded so as not to touch the floor so those photos have been cropped. Some real beauties here! We’ll be back with more quilts in September!

The Guild had fun Holiday evening with a great Yankee Swap followed by this Show and Tell. And yes, the dog quilt was shown, but without the puppy!

Show and Tell this time featured quilts with members with names started with the remaining letters of the alphabet: M- Z. It was lots of fun and lots of lively discussion about each of the quilts.
